  • Campers will not be considered until NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT ($200.00) is received. Balance is due July 31, 2010. Register before April 1st and receive a $25 discount.

  • Campers must be entering 6th-12th grade and must have had at least ONE YEAR OF MUSIC INSTRUCTION before they are eligible to be campers.

  • Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis, with special regard to instrumentation and age. EARLY REGISTRATION WILL HELP ASSURE YOUR PLACE AT CAMP.

  • State Law requires that an accurate, completed health history, signed by a parent or guardian be returned prior  to camp. After registration is confirmed, please print the 2-page Health History form (also available in MS Word format). It must be mailed to Jill Kelley with your balance due no later than July 31, 2010. (For your convenience, feel free to email the Health Form.) You do not need to have a physical exam or a physician signature. Parent and camper signatures are required.
  • A complimentary 2010 camp T-shirt will be given to each camper.

  • Camp rules will be strictly enforced. Students who anticipate difficulty in following the rules should not apply.  Please refer to the BHMC HANDBOOK for a complete list of rules.

  • Please refer to our new BHMC HANDBOOK for CAMPER and PARENT. It contains lots of necessary information including sections covering Registration, What to Bring to Camp, Theme Night, Camp Store, Private Lessons, the Daily Schedule, and much more.
